Same design
The bank notes of the seventh emission keep the same design of the previous one, but the legend "Pagara a la Vista al Portador" (will pay on sight to the bearer) has been deleted together with the article "EL" before of the name of the Bank of Mexico, signatures have been reduced from 3 to 2 and the adjective "nuevos" (new) has been eliminated from the name of the unit.

From the sixth emission onwards, certain elements of an image are printed on the front of the banknotes, and their complementary elements on the back. When viewed against the light, the elements combine exactly to give a complete image, called the "Perfect Register" representing the denomination of the banknote.
Even though the entire designs of the banknotes seem identical, a slight difference can be noticed in the 10 and 20 pesos notes of the sixth and seventh emissions.
